How We Deploy
Operation is the longest phase and the one that defines whether a Retinue truly works. Most agent setups disappoint by month three because nobody is tending them. We tend them.
The complication of maintenance lives on our side of the wall. New responsibilities, new edges, new exceptions are absorbed, not added to your management load. You direct. We adjust.

Weekly Tuning
Each week we review what The Retinue did, refine what needs refining, and prepare a short note for you on what changed.

Direct Line
When you notice something off, write to us. Refinements typically apply within the same working day.

New Responsibilities
As the operation evolves, new categories of work emerge. We absorb them into The Retinue without renegotiation.

Quarterly Review
Once a quarter we step back together. What has the Retinue absorbed? What should it absorb next? What no longer serves?
